Milenko Serban (1907 – 1979) is considered as one of the prominent representatives of intimistic painting in Serbian art. He was educated in Paris. After returning to Serbia, he worked as a set designer in several theaters in Novi Sad and Belgrade, and later as a professor at the Academy of Applied Arts and the Academy of Theatre, Film, Radio and Television in Belgrade.
